About Florida 4 Freedom

Floridians Standing for Medical Freedom.

Florida 4 Freedom is a diverse group of Floridians, that believes in medical freedom and the need for informed consent. We advocate for everyone’s right to make the best medical decisions for themselves and their family – without interference or coercion.

In 2019 when SB 64 was introduced in Florida, we saw a huge surge in members who were concerned about Florida following in the footsteps of New York and California, by removing religious exemptions and mandating vaccinations for all children. We watched in disbelief as NY and CA legislators removed religious exemptions (without public input), denied medical exemptions, kicked healthy children out of schools, and called Child Protective Services on many because they can not or will not vaccinate their children due to medical or religious beliefs.

Realizing all that was at stake, we immediately took action, combining with other Florida Health Freedom groups, to kill SB 64, as well as other bills. We have had a lot of success, so far:

  • The Parent’s Bill of Rights has huge support with Floridians and is rapidly moving in a positive direction. Our hope is that it will be voted into law by the end of the 2020 Legislative session.
  • SB 64 does not have a House companion bill and will not be heard this session. This is a huge win! Although, we do expect it to return as a new bill in the future.
  • SB 46 was amended to remove mandates and instead only requires pediatricians to supply informational fliers, and the misdemeanor for non-compliance has been removed. Another huge win, although we would like to see this bill killed, as well.

  • Healthcare is a personal decision and is not the decision of the state or federal government.
  • A for-profit industry that has zero liability, and cannot be sued if you are injured or killed by their products, should not have the power to mandate vaccines.
  • No one medicine is 100% safe for everyone, therefore mandates can not be put in place by our government.
  • We are our own best advocates (not the government) and that we should not be shamed or ridiculed for questioning the safety of any medicine or vaccine.
  • It is necessary to stay actively involved with our state legislators – to support good bills, such as HB 1059 and SB 1634: The Parent’s Bill of Rights and oppose government over-reach bills, such as SB 64: Removal of religious exemptions, and SB 46/HB 67: Mandated (and high-risk) infant eye exams.

a "must see" testimony

If you wonder why so many Floridian's are passionate about retaining Medical Freedom and opposing medical tyranny, watch this powerful testimony by New York resident, Brook Jordan. She explains what has happened to her family since New York removed religious exemptions last year.

If you think segregation is a thing of the past, think again.

We can not let this level of government corruption and overreach happen in Florida.
